Below is a typical schedule for Gingerman events run on a Sunday. The track is located next to several churches. In order to maintain relations with the community, Gingerman observes a two hour quiet period during church services. So that every group gets a session in before the quiet hour, the first sessions are 15 minutes. After quiet time, all sessions are scheduled for 20 minutes. We do NOT run to a watch, so you cannot count on these times being exact. If there is an issue on track (vehicle tow, cleanup, etc) we simply move to the next run group and adjust the schedule as necessary to make sure every run group gets the same number of sessions. The last 40 minutes of the day are used as a buffer for these issues. Depending on how the day goes, we expect to combine run groups at the end of the day, or adjust the length of each groups last session.
